Harry’s day is a bittersweet day for the Med High family. It is a day of remembrance for our dear student Harry, who we lost to cancer. In order to commemorate this day, the school’s Charity Club sells t-shirts different colours -this year’s being green -which everyone wears in order to show their support for other members of the community who are dealing with cancer.
Making a Difference: Inside the Med High Charity Club
This year, the money raised by the t-shirts sold by the Charity Club will go to Little Heroes, a foundation that supports families of children living with cancer. We would also like to express our gratitude to the Panikkos Livadiotis group, who sponsored this year’s campaign.
We thank everyone who wore their Harry’s Day t-shirts this year and contributed in making a difference and supporting many other members of our community!
